free parking was a great benefit. the location also allowed me to easily walk to cannery row and the wharf. the room i had was clean. it felt more unique than staying at a large chain hotel..
i found the room to be a bit dark. there was also no balcony for the beautiful room, unlike what the photos suggested.

This hotel is in a central location. The room was clean and spacious. I liked the multiple jet shower. The team was friendly and helpful (especially the front desk staff).
The absence of a balcony from the room was a slight disappointment, given the expectation set by the photos.

The location proved convenient since it was near the Aquarium and various restaurants.
I was annoyed that our room felt dark. There was no balcony even though the Beautiful room photos online suggested there would be one. I found it irritating considering the price we paid.

The front desk staff was quite friendly. Parking directly in front of the room was very convenient. I could easily walk to a nice selection of restaurants and cafes.
The room lacked AC. I prefer accommodations that don't require opening a window or using a fan. The hotel could not provide another room even after the weekend.
